10.0La infraestructura es espectacular, es enorme y extremadamente bien decorado. Tomé la villa 100 y era perfecta. Las piscinas son lindas, la comida deliciosa. Hacen un esfuerzo enorme por mantener el lugar bien en medio de una selva. La playa no me pareció linda, casi no tiene playa , el mar es bravo, agua oscura y algo de piedras. Definitivamente la playa no es una fortaleza ahi. El lugar es enorme y tienen unos tuk tuk para movilizarse dentro del hotel que hay que pedirlos a recepcion. Tomé un tour a la Guajira que salia 5 am y no tenian a esa hora, tuve que caminar a las 4h40 am y es facil perderse pese a que hay una señalizacion que no es mala pero a veces un poco confusa. Deberian entregar un mapa digital al menos Cada villa deberia tener un paraguas , ya que cuándo llueve es facil empaparse, el hotel tiene paraguas pero no suficientes en todo lugar y para llegar a las villas hay que caminar varios minutos al aire libre Hay unos pocos detalles por mejorar pero definitivamente vale la pena visitar el lugar, mas que por la.playa por la infraestructura. La piscina en la villa es un detalle increíble. Las villas tienen cocina muy bien equipada pero increíblemente sin microondas, tampoco incluyen cafe, solo 2 botellas de agua. Debería haber cafe de cortesia al menos en la.villa dado el nivel del.hotel.

2.0Me parece que no fueron claro desde Un principio, compramos la casa deluxe y a la llegada nos entregaron una villa sin previa información de cambio, me tocó devolverme al lobby (las caminatas son largas) a reclamar y efectivamente el hotel nos había realizado un cambio en la reserva, inicialmente nos dieron una solución y al día siguiente nos hicieron el cambio a la casa deluxe (nos ofrecieron un arreglo económico que cumplía con las expectavitas) durante toda la estadía tuvimos problemas con el mal servicio, mucha demora en comidas y los meseros no tienen la suficiente capacitación para brindar un servicio de como quieren vender el hotel (tipo premium) al final cuando hicimos el check out las condiciones ofrecidas por el cambio no fueron las que nos realizaron y nadie respondió, la gerente del día que nos fuimos muy tajante y falta de empatía, en general hotel lindo pero con pésimo servicio. Y para terminar los mosquitos eran insoportables
