This is not the five star hotel to expect however, Proximity to the ferry port ( less than 5 min walk with luggage ) Cleanliness The manager good communication and responsiveness through txt messages

Perfect place to stay in Hydra. Large room and large bathroom. Very clean and quiet but still close to bars and restaurants. Host is very nice and response quickly. I definitely recommend this place to stay and wish to go back again.

The Alexandra Guesthouse is a great find on Hydra. The staff was friendly and had great suggestions for sightseeing and dining. The room was small, efficiently furnished and had been recently renovated. Everything you need for a stay on Hydra.

Alexandra Guesthouse on Hydra is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were incredibly clean, with linens and towels changed daily. The staff were very friendly, and our hostess was particularly kind and service-minded, which made our stay even better. We really appreciated being able to relax in a cooled room, and the building's authentic feel gave us a true taste of local culture. We did not want white, smooth walls and boring, generic hotel interiors on our trip, and Alexandra Guesthouse delivered exactly what we were looking for. We truly felt like we were staying in a local Hydra (guest)house, not a mainstream hotel. If we travel to Hydra again in the future, Alexandra Guesthouse is at the top of our list of places to stay.
