9.0The staff was incredibly welcoming, and our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Great amenities and excellent value. Highly recommend!"
− One thing to keep in mind is transportation for getting around Guatape . The front desk staff were very friendly, and they help you whenever you need it.

5.0Las instalaciones son excelente, están bien cuidadas y el personal se destaca por su amabilidad, atención y disposición para ayudar en todo momento.
− Hay un tramo en la vía que se encuentra en vía destapada. Esta sección es bastante estrecha y presenta un sector con lodo, huecos y una pendiente pronunciada al mismo tiempo. Tuve muchas dificultades para salir de este punto ya que el carro me perdió tracción y fue necesario impulsarlo en varias ocasiones. Durante la maniobra, una de las piedras golpeó mi vehículo y le ocasionó un rayón. También considero que la calidad de la comida tiene oportunidades de mejora para estar a la altura de las excelentes instalaciones.
