10.0Hôtel de charme, personnel exceptionnel Un très bel hôtel de charme, vraiment agréable à tous points de vue. L'accueil était très sympathique et l'ensemble du personnel s'est montré attentionné du début à la fin de notre séjour. Un petit plus qui a fait toute la différence : j'avais oublié une paire de lunettes de valeur dans ma chambre. L'équipe de l'hôtel m'a contacté rapidement pour me prévenir, et ils me les ont fait parvenir jusqu'à mon hôtel à Medellín. Ce genre d'attention et de sérieux est rare, et ça montre à quel point le service est professionnel et fiable ici. Je recommande vivement !
