Lovely location

− Too hot, no fan available, no blinds or curtain in the living room to help with the heat. Furniture in the patio rusted.

Great location within waljing distance from town & beaches

Location was fantastic, we were able to park the car and literally walk to town, beaches etc. It was also nice the cottage had some outside space with a BBQ. Beds were comfortable and washing machine came in handy.

− There were a few of key things letting the property down. Theses have already been mentioned in previous feedback but to no avail. Sofa extremely unfortable, dining table and chairs wobbly, outside table and chairs need replacing, covered in rust. Shower screen not fit for purpose, water goes literally everywhere!!! Kitchen would also benefit from a couple of baking sheets.

Location was fabulous, close to South Beach and town centre.

− Dining chairs and sofa very uncomfortable to sit on, otherwise everything else was perfect!

Lovely property - in an excellent location. Enclosed garden was brilliant for our Cockapoo. Having a parking space in such a central location is a real plus. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage in both of them. Having the downstairs toilet as well as the upstairs bathroom was useful.

− Sofa is dreadful and needs replacing. Rusty table and chairs in garden could probably just be removed - can’t imagine anyone using them and they just take up space. Dining room chairs were also very badly stained and 1 looked to be breaking.

Fantastic location, clean and everything you need

− This property could be great with a little additional TLC. The sofa is completely gone and needs replacing as almost sitting on the floor. Few basics maintenance issues - bin is broken, toilet brushes rusted, blinds/curtains needed on back door.

Overall, very happy with our holiday at Ty Melyn.

Good location, a well equipped property, comfy beds, towels provided, good bathroom and downstairs cloakroom very handy.

− The living room furniture could do with replacing. The dining chair seats stained, one was unsafe to sit on and the table a bit wobbly. One more armchair needed.
