10.0You needed a car but it was 5 minutes drive from Rye centre. Lovely house, everything we needed.
− The front bedroon shower didn't work.
Pkeasant enough stay but more attention needed to cleanluness and decoration

8.0When we arrived, we were very surprised. A very nice, large lounge, and kitchen dining area. The bedrooms were a good size and shower was lovely.
− I wouldn't say i disliked them, but the bedroom curtains were quite thin, thus letting the early sun in. Its not a negative, just a pointer.
Fantastic holiday home
10.0The property is lovely and well presented and have everything you need. There was holiday booklet and maps with local info. Bed was comfy. There was tea & coffee in the kitchen which was a nice touch.
− Only thing was communication was a bit confusing & a little slower than other places. 1st time I called it was picked up by an agency who managed it. When I got a contact number I did text & rang. No replies to those. So message via booking.com message platform i got replies. But it's different names. The welcome details with how to get in was from a different name. Because I had whatapp asking to pay again but it wasn't them but they confirm it was booked so it wasn't them.
