Super friendly, helpful staff are at the heart of the success of this well-placed hotel.
8.0The location and the staff, both superb.
− The hotel lies over the underground lines out of Paddington and noise is significant until midnight and from about 6am, especially if you’re in the basement. The super friendly staff and excellent location more than made up for this as our stay was only for one night and Tbf, it didn’t disturb our sleep, but it may have become an issue had we booked a longer stay.

2.0It was relatively clean (although our room didn’t get cleaned on the second day of our three-day stay)
− The small room is extremely small. It was not well explained on the website. Of all the photos available, only two show the small room and it was taken that you can’t even properly see the size of the room. We are not the only people who experienced this as we heard a couple come down stairs to change rooms (as we did the day before, only to be told the hotel is fully booked so not possible). The staff was not really reassuring, blaming it on us rather than taking accountability. Very disappointed, I do not recommend at all.

6.0Te limpiaban la habitación todos los días, con cambios de toallas incluido. La ubicación era bastante buena, a unos 2 min caminando hasta la estación.
− La habitación era muy muy pequeña, pasaba el metro por debajo haciendo bastante ruido y vibraciones bastantes incómodas.

6.0Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, Handtuchwechsel täglich. Wir hatten gebucht wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof Paddington, hatten die dadurch verursachten Geräusche nicht so stark erwartet
− Zimmer zu klein, starke Geräuschbelästigung durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Paddington, Erschütterungen bis in die Nacht, Belüftung viel zu laut
