6.0I was put in a basement room. The room was nice but getting down the steps was rather dangerous because of the fire door.. The service was not good never abuone present if you needed help . Iwould not recommend for. An elderly person.or anyone with difficulty walking. No elevator

4.0Temperamental check in key pad which is not great when it’s a self check in hotel. The bathroom was a shower/toilet combo which I’ve never come across before! And was certainly not described this way, nor did the photos give this impression. But having said that there was no hot water. Not great at all!
