8.0This is a new building and although well built its subjected to people who slam door all night and the apartment has the plumbing from the room above hanging into the apartment. Water is louder from above than having your own shower which is just wrong. I had a room just off the elevator and the hall to room noise is poor. When leaving the room the hallway has automatic lights which don't come on until your almost at the elevator. So several steps in pitch black

10.0The property was fun and stylish. The views from our apartment were amazing. Lots of space in the apartment and ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom.
