6.0Recepción extremadamente hostil. Se necesitan pasar muchos filtros de confianza para poder ingresar hasta la recepción del hotel. realmente molesto ese tramite que hace sentir a huesped intimidado por la desconfianza. Adicional, luego al poder entrar a la recepción, ellos no tienen la reserva registrada sino que tienen que consultarla en otro lugar haciendo que el tramite sea demorado y tenso ante la incertidumbre. Realmente una mala experiencia personal.

8.0Room did not have ac. Tiles in bathroom were cracked. But over all it was in a good neighborhood. Cleaning staff was nice but the reception staff was average. The First Lady was helpful but afterwards the receptionist would not pay attention and was always on her personal phone.
