We had a good short stay and would definitely go back again

The hotel was easy to get around . The staff were exceptionally attentive. Although opposite a fin fair it was very quiet inside .

Large Rooms. Hotel is central. A nice Breakfast and friendly staff

Good value - first Mercure visit and would happily book this group again

breakfast was good, coffee the best I had tasted for days room also great - quiet clean and compared well with other 4 star hotels I stayed in on this trip

− only a little point - and it was after 10 the evening when I checked in - but it wasn't welcoming and contrasted to the check-in helpfulness I experienced at both The Marriott and The Hotel de Vin in Exeter and a small Premier Inn in Gloucester following my visit. I write this as a comment not a complaint.
