Relaxing, friendly, within easy reach of good selection of facilities and travel.
9.0Really enjoyed visit. Excellent value and very comfortable and spacious. Booked studio which had loads of space and great with back door to yard. Easy place to stay and relax, quiet. Location very convenient for access to Leeds or Bradford. 72 Leeds bus which runs every 15-20 min, passes 3 min walk from house on Leeds Rd so super handy for getting around. Or 20 min or so easy walk to Bradford bus and rail station Location itself has all facilities needed, interesting lively community feel, restaurants, takeaways, groceries, library, superstore all within minutes. Very happy with choice.
− Newly opened establishment so studio not yet fully equipped with utensils pot pans etc. But has fridge, cooker etc, and access to fully equipped shared kitchen.

− Beeping smoke alarm needed attention. A noisy location during the day (but not at night time). Stairs are quite steep to get luggage up and down.
