6.0The restaurant and restaurant staff were fabulous
− We visited The Bracken Hide Hotel with my daughter & husband visit from Australia. We were also celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. It was supposed to be a real treat…. The rooms were in a poor state of repair. Broken chair and door. This was reported immediately but nothing happened. The cleaning service was poor, our rooms were not service properly. No clean towels, no replenishment of tea etc. One particular receptionist was so bad…. Didn’t acknowledge me at all when checking out. He took the key and didn’t say a word. I feel this is totally unacceptable, especially when you’re paying £400 per night per room….

− Ο άντρας μου είχε πρόβλημα με το γόνατο του και δεδομένου ότι πρέπει να ανέβεις αρκετά μέτρα για να φτάσεις στο δωμάτιο ,του αρνήθηκαν μεταφορά με το αμαξίδιο του ξενοδοχείου .Αυτο είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να επιδεινωθεί η κατάσταση με το πόδι του και να μας χαλάσει τις διακοπές μας .Εαν κάποιος έχει οποιοδήποτε κινητικό πρόβλημα πρέπει να γνωρίζει ότι το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι φιλικό
