− El recepcionista al momento de realizar el Check in .. confunde la amabilidad y el Buen servicio al cliente con meloseria y exceso de confianza que no se le había dado ..en sus comentarios fuera de lugar retardando mucho el proceso .. Los demás empleados .. excelentes .

7.0Hotel posizionato nel cuore del rodadero quartiere molto poco sicuro di Santa Marta - posizionato al centro ha come controindicazione il fatto di essere molto rumoroso - musica schiamazzi urla e feste durante le 24 ore del giorno - sconsigliatissimo per chi vuole riposare - anche l insonorizzazione e' molto precaria si sentono tutti i rumori tra le varie stanze - personale abbastanza antipatico e scontroso
− acqua dela doccia sempre fredda - pessimo il servizio della colazione
