2.0I was not given a door code upon check in. I called five times and no answer. I had to knock until a cleaner came to let me in. The room was not ready and I waited another hour for it to be prepared. It was also excessively noisy. Do not stay here.

8.0The only issue I had was not having any hot water for my stay. Showering in ice cold water was horrible. The staff, the facility and everything else was amazing. Hopefully I can get some sort of a refund for not being able to shower for 3 days.
