FALTA DE COORDINACION ENTRE BOOKING Y EL HOTEL
1.0Cuando llegamos al sitio, la persona encargada nos indico que nosotros no teníamos ninguna reserva y no nos dejaron entrar, le mostré el pago y la reserva por booking, y nos dijeron que esta plataforma siempre hacia lo mismo que no era. upa de ellos pero enseñar un poco muy grosero y no nos dio ninguna solución, ya eran las 9 de la noche y yo iba con mi esposa y mis dos hijos menores, más una pareja de dos amigos.
− que booking nos haya cobrado hain sabiendo que no tenían disponibilidad de alojamiento, la plataforma debería de evitar que una haga el pago o mostrarle la no disponibilidad para evitar traslados y más aun sitio tan lejos y de muy mal asceso,.
