− las toallas, el servicio, debia tener utensilios como vasos, platos, utensilios de cocina, porque si lo ofrecen es para que lo tengan como parte del servicio, las camas muy duras, deberian ofrecerles colchas a los huespedes, las sabanas eran muy finas y la calidad de las toallas deben mejorarla

− Hotel è in una posizione comoda, ai margini del quartiere El Poblado ma in una strada sporca e piena di immondizia, i topi fanno i padroni. Tutti i giorni vedere i topi che passeggiano davanti al patio dell'hotel dove la mattina facevano la colazione, è stato terribile! Colazione oscena, nulla che si poteva mangiare. Alla reception una ragazza incompetente e per niente cortese. Ci ha venduto una camera per 4 persone che era per 2 persone. Le foto che propongo nel sito non sono veritiere. Le camere sono belle, ma non puoi aprire la finestra per paura che entrano i tipi in camera.

2.0− Terrible el supuesto buffet. Se acababa los alimentos y no había refill y dos días estuvo incompleto. Además que era muy básico para relación al costo.
