10.0Great value for the money no doubt about that. Independent decent apartment not far from Medellin is what exactly I want. Loved having the washer machine. Groceries could be delivered to your door. Mateo is a great guy, fantastic help, showed me around and even helped me order groceries and get a haircut. DiDi and Uber are not expensive and can take you everywhere. Sloppy hill down to the apartment and up to the main road. Good daily exercise.
Bad business practices
2.0I reserved the room the same day they confirmed instructions were i had to call them. We did to get code for the room but they didn't answer. Called for 20mins and nothing. Contacted hotels.com app and they didn't get any answer from the property. We tired for 45 mins and no answer. So i had to cancel and eat up the cost and they i don't think they will give me my money back. They called me back finally 3 hrs later when i already got another room from another property. They don't have no parking what so ever and the property is not located on a road. You have to walk down an ally away from road. Poor business practices if they not going to give me my money back. Not fair i didn't even check in...
