− Unclean bathroom , had to request it cleaning more than once as not done on the first time Only 1 member of staff welcoming One member of staff carrying bowls of pasta through car park entrance placed them on the floor to open a door (hopefully own food and not customer)

− 3rd time staying but AGAIN the shower drainage left a lot to be desired. Useful tip take a squeegee
Stressful as had to book alternative accommodation myself and was left with limited choice . Had travelled 5 hours to Pa
1.0The hotel staff telephoned me and cancelled my stay when I was travelling down to Paignton stating there was a technical problem with the room even though I had checked in on line the day before . Only when I asked where we could stay they gave 2 options one of which was not in Paignton the other being the Travel lodge
