8.0The check in was easy; the linens were quality; the breakfast was excellent; the staff were friendly; the complementary coffee/tea service was good; the room was quite small but everything worked properly and the lightening was good.

10.0Excellent service, attention and staff is just really attentive. Great location, very close to station which takes one to waterloo in 40 min. Super recommend!! Will definitely be staying again!!
