− Struttura vecchia, gli oggetti, frigo, tavolo ect come trovati per strada senca cura, potevano trovare meglio dai negozi di seconda mano.. Il bagno in comune con 5 stanze.

− They change my location 2 times the coffee milk was sour floor of the room was dirty and the smell of room was awful

The room is basic, comfy bed. Area is quiet. Bathroom is shared and was clean. Please note no parking available, we had a parking ticket! We did find somewhere to park around 10 min walk away which was free on a estate.

The room, bathroom, and kitchen were kept very clean. The host was proactive, always checking if I needed anything else, and communication was highly responsive and efficient. Although the location is a bit far from the city centre, the property is very close to the station, making commuting convenient. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips!

Nice place for short stay

The place was just a few minutes walk from an Asda, food establishments and Bruce Grove station. Host or who manages the place replies promptly to queries and messages. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 3 people. Loved that there was a fridge in the room. The room had big windows you can open wide enough to get good air flow so room was not too warm in summer nights. There was also a big wardrobe with a lock and key so you can secure your stuff in the room safely. Room also has it's own lock and key plus the house has a digital keypad in the entrance.

− Room door was very squeaky and the clock was not working. Shared bathroom had a shower head but nowhere to hang it up while showering yet was manageable to use. There was no hairdryer.

Exorbitant price for a terrible accommodation.

I actually cannot review Bruce rooms because the host messaged us to go to some other rooms he has, not near Bruce train station but near Silver train station.As we had no directions from booking he met us at the station to walk us to the apartment block.Once inside,the room was clean and the bed comfortable.There’s an off licence,takeouts and a supermarket across the road.

− The premises are filthy and full of litter.The room was not maintained.The curtains fell apart when I opened them.The fan didn’t work.Only one light of three worked.The fridge needs repairing .Not his fault but another guest locked the outside entrance door so we were locked out at 11pm.The cost was exorbitant.
