10.0We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay enjoyable.
− Overall, everything was good. The breakfast could offer a little more variety, but it was still enjoyable.
Disappointing
5.0The bed was firm and the AC worked well. The Hans Grohe shower fixtures are good.
− The carpet was filthy, there was a disgusting surprise left by a previous guest the cleaners either missed or it happened after cleaning. Could also be the room wasn't cleaned at all. The carpet needs replacing. The walls need repainting, sheets had stains. It was way overpriced for the location and cleanliness. They advertised a king bed but had just shoved together two twins (that's not king size, btw). The breakfast was pastries bought off the shelf at a grocery store. Nice selection of milks. Breakfast is in a basement room with a small window near the ceiling.
