Unpleasant experience at the pool side
1.0− The pool wasn’t well maintained There is a faulty frame for the pool light that causes injury on my son’s feet. Unable to talk to management as it was late. The person in charge of the property couldn’t do anything and we had to spend rm250 for medication and jap!

− It just lacked that finishing touch, to make you feel at home, like coffee and tea, Bathroom amenities. Also the pool was freezing
