10.0Location was great walkable to most areas. The hotel is very classy and we had a beautiful room. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Penang.

− 房间，床都非常小，比其他酒店的小，我跟孩子睡一个床一个晚上不敢睡，生怕掉下去。价格跟房间相差太远了。清洁用具中的毛巾都是太旧的。还很吵，窗户打开旁边在装修。这一次旅行跑了几个地方，住了几家，这是最贵最差的。非常不满意

9.0Great location with a nice balcony, friendly staff & comfortable stay. They also had those japanese toilets that warm up! We got around pretty good as the hotel was within distance to the places we wanted to visit. We got a complimentary Nanyang high tea when booking the hotel, which was delicious. Bonus: It’s across a really good matcha place! And next to an awesome thrift store (fujiyama).
The hotel is currently undertaking the construction of a new commercial annex building located outside the main hotel building, which will be connected via a link bridge. The project is scheduled to commence in March 2026 and is targeted for completion by December 2026. The hotel remains fully operational; however, minor disturbances may occasionally occur in Deluxe and Pearl Suite Without Balcony rooms located near the adjacent structure during approved working hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Mitigation measures, including room reassignment and upgrades (subject to availability), are in place to ensure guest comfort.
