Great staff good rooms but the gym was outdated and the restaurant selection was limited

− The price was too expensive for what the hotel offered. Gym was beyond basic and location was not the best in London.
Simply outstanding – an exceptional luxury hotel
10.0Everything was exceptional. We were kindly upgraded from a Courtyard Studio to a Corner Park Suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The suite was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family. The handwritten welcome note, champagne, complimentary minibar and outstanding service from every member of staff made us feel genuinely valued. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had
