Very pleasant hotel, but eat elsewhere.
8.0Very clean hotel as was the room.
− The dinner was far from advertised. I had fish and chips for £14 which contained 2 fish goujons and a small basket of fish. The goujons were dry and flavourless.
I would go back again, but change the bathroom slide doors.
7.0I like the decor and layout of hotel, I like the staff, and the flowers surrounding the hotel was beautiful. The coffee machine was nice and fresh juice in the morning. Great sized cups in bedroom.
− The bathroom door was a extremely stiff sliding door. I have very poor grip in one hand but even my partner agree it was very stiff I had to go to the loo unable to shut it. Remote didn't work upon arrival but it was sorted instantly . I didn't like that everywhere advertised strawberry waffles for breakfast but there wasn't a strawberry in sight disappointed me. Cooked breakfast needs huge improvement minus the sausages they was good

10.0We’ve stayed here on a number of previous occasions and are never disappointed. It is remarkable value for money. The staff are very welcoming and the facilities offer all that you need. The location can’t be beaten- bang in the middle of town.

9.0Staff extremely friendly and professional, room was excellent and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after travelling all day. Room set up was very clean and refreshing.
