Very comfortable apartment
8.0A very nice apartment, large and well furnished and fitted out. The bed was very comfortable
− We didn't like the smelly perfume dispenser things all around, some people may like them but we found them most unpleasant. A few more opening windows would have been nice
Guest review
4.0No breakfast provided.
− Poor security, front door did not lock and anyone could walk in given no reception staff. Coffee/Milk was not topped up.
Good location
10.0It's a strange set up, no reception, or staff on site. But very comfortable, a spacious room and an ensuite bathroom. The location is excellent, close to the town centre and the Abbey gardens, and a short walk to the Thames.
− The shower cubicle was small but that was about it.
Guest review
7.0Good location for the town centre and although mine was an attic room it was air-conditioned so sleep was unaffected by the summer heat.
− It is an unmanned facility but the front door lock was disabled so anyone could walk in without challenge, poor security. The shower cubicle in my room was tiny, a bigger person would have really struggled to turn round in it. I didn't think this booking was good value for the price.
Lovely property, fabulous location… mini kitchen was ace
9.0The place was lovely, good location and we loved the mini kitchen
− The booking in and trying to get help at the property. Getting extra towels when we were there for over a few days.
Guest review
1.0− The room was an oven. We were provided with fans but of little relief. The window only opened a few inches. The blinds could not be rolled up or down as the chain was flimsy and kept on coming off. Wine bottles were found in our room only to find out that these had been delivered to the wrong room. All in all "Fawlty Towers".
