− Check in was completely unacceptable. Had to wait outside for over 30 minutes outside the property while contacting the staff via phone, text and email to get access to the property - no response.
Prettig verblijf in een mooi en verzorgd hotel.
8.0Het hotel staat in een rustig deel van Bromley en is letterlijk op steenworp afstand van het centrum van Bromley. Voldoende koffie en eetmogelijkheden in de omgeving alsook de welbekende ketens.
− Mocht je meer richting het centrum van London willen gaan als in bezienswaardigheden dan zou ik je niet aanraden om in Bromley te verblijven - al zijn de verbindingen gemakkelijk en toegankelijk je bent toch al snel minimaal rond de 30 min kwijt met de trein.
