9.0Abdullarhman, Eboo, Aamil, Noell, Suhail, Monzur were on site staff that were working on the duration of our stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smile everytime and helped us to our needs.

8.0**Great location and friendly staff** The hotel has a fantastic location, just one street away from Oxford Street, and Marble Arch Underground Station is only a short walk away. The hotel was cosy and pleasant, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were two friends travelling together and would have preferred two single beds, but unfortunately this was not available. We were offered an upgrade to a larger room and were told that it had two beds. However, after paying for the upgrade, we found out that it was actually one double bed and a sofa bed. We would have appreciated knowing this before paying for the upgrade. The room itself was spacious and very nice, but unfortunately the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable for an adult. It also made a lot of noise whenever you moved, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Apart from this, we had a pleasant stay. Despite being on the second floor, there was surprisingly little noise from the street. Overall, a nice hotel in an excellent location, especially if you want to be close to Oxford Street and the Underground.
