− The room . It wasn't what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel , there was no bar no lift

8.0Although the hotel rooms are old fashioned and the decor a little tired in plrts the place was very clean as was the bedding, towels etc. My single room was larger than I expected and the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. As a base for exploring The Lakes it was perfect and great value for money. Breakfast was basic but filling.

10.0I enjoyed my stay very much the staff was all wonderful and I felt very comfortable they couldn't do enough for you I had a sea view which was fantastic I would definitely stay there again and the front yard was very big and lovely just to sit in the sun have a drink and meet new people. And the breakfast was delicious they had a good selection I'd just like to say thankyou to all the staff for a wonderful stay .
