− el Bar del hotel tiene pocas opciones, en la noche queriamos comprar botellas de agua y no había ya que en el cuarto tampoco hay mini bar

− Muy costosa la comida, pedí 1 arepa con quesito y 1 con hogao mas aguapanela $49.000 y no tienen precios a la vista de los clientes ni lo empleados se saben precios, por mejorar, de resto muy bien

Bien pero falta atención al detalle.
5.0Muy natural y con muchas flores y la comida al interior estaba rica y abundante
− La perilla del baño estaba mala y filosa y nos cortamos con eso, muy peligroso y me parece una irresponsabilidad que tengan una perilla mala porque primero uno se puede quedar encerrado en el baño y segundo por qué nos cortamos con eso. No hay respuesta en la plataforma sábados ni domingos ni festivos aunque el hotel funciona 24/7, me parece raro, el check-out demoró más de 30 minutos validando no se qué.

10.0Absolutamente todo el hotel es hermoso, grande, tiene varios espacios para compartir, las habitaciones muy limpias, súper cómodas, el personal muy atento y amable.
