7.0organized check in although not so responsive to whatsapp message. basic things are fulfilled with good quality like cooking utensils, washing machine (minus dryer), 3 in 1 shower gel, comfortable bed, only 2 towels which should have face towels(not provided at all) and 3 more sets of towels (also not provided) for my 4 days stay. news.com is below building and grab can pick up all the way in. parking are provided altho you have to park super high up. location is next door to mall so easily can walk and get food.
− there was a lingering smell as soon as I open the door. stayed for 4 days but the smell is always there. there were no complimentary water or coffee sugar or anythg. only 2 towels for my 4 day stay. the lift door was faulty one time. also the ac drips one time at night. there was a previous customer shirt in the washing machine. gym downstairs was very incomplete with only about 6 machines and a dumbell set.

− The master bedroom shower. Water splashing to toilet seat and toilet paper.
Location and room space wasn't too good. Comfy and functionalities are good enough.
6.0Comfy place to stay, a workable TV, Aircon and bathroom.
− Too small space, not much activities around or within the amenities and vicinities. Travelling can be a problem though it's quite near to CIQ.

− Toilet bowl got shit stain. Toilet floor slippery. Overall floor oily. Fridge got smell. Previous guest left food inside. Bad smell .

9.0The location of the place is good as below have many shop nearby that open till late morning. The view is amazing as it is at high floor.
− The sofa needs to be change as when we sit at it will go down to the bottom soo it not confortable to sit on
