7.0The location
− No reception
Uninhabitable Health Hazard – A Toxic Nightmare to Avoid!
1.0Nothing. Leaving this hotel as quickly as possible was the best part of our visit.
− Health hazard, toxic odor, and complete lack of hospitality. We checked in at 22:00 and were shocked by the appalling conditions. The room had an unbearable, toxic chemical smell of industrial cleanser/disinfectant. Combined with unsealed windows and severe noise from the tavern directly below, the room was completely unventilated and uninhabitable. There is no elevator (first floor above a loud bar), no proper noise isolation, and zero care for guest safety or well-being. The management refused any responsibility or fair compensation for a room that was literally unusable due to sanitary issues. Avoid at all costs!

Average staff at Play Thestrou were very helpful but I would not stay again.
6.0Nothing
− Very basic Didnt like concrete floors and no hand rail on the stair case quite dangerous when you have heavy bags Didnt like having no reception and having to go to pick up breakfast tickets every morning a real nuisance,
