− No reception- called the tel. number and no one answered. not clean- hair on the bed, bathroom- not clean. cushions- terrible, couldn't sleep. towels smell very bad. shower- not clean. Not a 'resort' by any standard.

7.0Das Zimmer sah modern aus und entsprach den Fotos. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – sehr zentral in Glyfada, sodass man Restaurants, Geschäfte und den Strand bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Positiv war auch, dass wir bereits 30 Minuten früher einchecken durften. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar.
− Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige Mängel. Die Schränke waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Außerdem waren der Toilettendeckel, der Deckel des Mülleimers und der Wasserhahn beschädigt. Auch der Vorhang im Whirlpool-/Duschbereich war kaputt. Ab dem zweiten Tag ließ sich zusätzlich die Balkontür nicht mehr richtig schließen bzw. nutzen. Wir haben den Defekt sofort gemeldet und es sollte ein Handwerker kommen. Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde das Problem jedoch nicht behoben. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das Reinigungspersonal, das morgens die Zimmertüren sehr laut zuschlug. Das war störend und hat unsere Ruhe beeinträchtigt. Wenn die genannten Mängel gründlich behoben werden, kann man die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen. In unserem Fall hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund der vielen Defekte und der fehlenden Reparaturen jedoch leider nicht gestimmt.
