Modern design, clean and spacious room! Good WiFi. Located south of the trendy Kerameikos quarter in an area in the process of gentryfication it is very close to the Kerameikos Metro station with perfect connection to the airport and the harbour in Pireus. In this respect — much like the area around Monastiraki station — it is certainly more affordable. 15 minutes walk to the west side of the Plaka with all its tourist restaurants, another 15 minutes walk to the Akropolis. Within five minutes walking distance there are three restaurants/ tavernas of which I recommend "Cartone all-day bar restaurant" that have some Japanese cusine on their menue.

− Here I list four problems in decreasing order of severity and increasing order of ease of fix for the hotel: The sound insulation of the rooms is not sufficient. Even as the there was not much loud music from the clubs nearby the club-goers talking loudly while walking by robbed me of my sleep until five in the morning. Since the shower is open access (i.e. there is no door to the shower partition, "very stylish") and moreover it is curbless without a traditional tray the floor in front of the shower gets wet. So after having a shower you can't pass to the toilet without wetting the textile slippers that are provided. No breakfast available although after opening in 2023 the hotel management gave the impression - in response to reviews here - that they would offer breakfast in the future. The sink in our bathroom was not blocked, but the drain mechanism is poorly adjusted. The plug doesn't open wide enough for the water to drain properly. As with many such small problems, it is a matter of communication between the cleaning staff and hotel management.

− זה יותר מלון דירות שמשעה 10 בלילה הכניסה למלון עם כרטיס החדר ואין עם מי לדבר בדלפק קבלה לאחר השעה 10 אין שירות קבלה 24/7 וחשוך, שילמתי לא זול שיכלתי לסגור במחיר בזה באזור בארמו😏

Ενα πραγματικά υπέροχο πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, λιγότερο από 2 λεπτά απόσταση από το μετρό. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό. Το συνιστώ!

Perfect location for my needs, will return.

The location was perfect for me as I came in off a ferry and was flying out the next night so the hotel being near Kerameikos station which is on the train line from port to airport was great. I spent very little time in my room but it was nice to come back too! Reception let me store my luggage til I headed to the airport . Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and modern, quiet and a calm oasis. Safe and clean area as far as I could see. There are restaurants and bars in the area and I especially enjoyed Kanella , good value and honest food. Hotel was only 1 stop on train to Monastiraki but I personally walked it. Will definitely stay next time in Athens.
