6.0the staff is great. the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are even smaller. the breakfast provided is ok, not great. the restaurant has a great staff but a limited menu of medicre food. the parking is very limited. good luck finding a spot if the hotel is booked. overall, I would not stay there again but Valencia has a limited selection of hotels and the price is good.

10.0I stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Room service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

10.0Very clean, new hotel, very friendly staff. No issues with the room which was very comfortable. Best bed ever. Restaurant was acceptable quality, though room service was quick and efficient too. The hotel is on the main road outside of town. Not much going on in the area around the hotel, but if you're staying here you are probably mobile. Best suited for short stays or if you have transport.
