− The toilet does not have a proper lock. The bathroom drainage is poorly constructed causing water to accumulate instead of draining properly.Poor AC.The Tv was not functioning.
Massively overpriced for the conditions and experience at the hotel.
4.0The location is excellent. The rooms were clean and the little balcony areas were nice and pretty
− There is almost no water pressure at all and we all struggled to take a single shower over the 2 nights we stayed. We were also woken up at 5am by a very irate occupant of an adjacent room due to her screaming about no water pressure also. My friends in other rooms also couldn't shower. There was no room service at all. We were forced to use the same dirty towels for the duration of the stay. The staff (or only staff member when we areived) was sound asleep on sofa next to the reception when we arrived at 5pm. It took ringing the bell multiples times before having to shake her awake. She then routed through every draw looking for our room key before calling someone else to come open the draws aswell. We were really worried about the condition of the rooms at this point but luckily they were better than we expected based on our first interactions with the hotel.

− However, we are dissapointed with the staff attitude. One staff were rude and not accomodating when we ask for assistance. Costumer service really need improvement.

7.0Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, höflich und bemüht.
− Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe! Die Lage ist in Ordnung, obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist man dem nächtlichen Lärm den zahlreiche Idioten mit ihren frisierten Mopeds verursachen hilflos ausgesetzt.
