7.0Nicely positioned hotel. Great pool area. Very helpful staff, especially the front desk team. Good ‘free’ transport to/from the port, to the beach and into Chora town which is stunning.
− Room interior design is dated. The very long road approach needs attention to make it more comfortable, apparently vehicles suffer punctures quite often on the ‘road’ access. The gym could have been much better positioned.

10.0This property lives up to all five star expectations. The ultimate of quiet luxury without being pretentious. The main reason for this is Ricardo, the half owner/partner of this amazing place, who adds detailed oversight and his Australian relaxed personality to every detail.
− There is nothing at all to dislike.
A good 4 star stay, if you are looking for 5 star stay you need to give them more time.

− Not ready to be a 5 star resort yet. Needs more focus on hospitality and training of some of their staff. They also need to polish their offered activities and availability of transfers. Tried visiting the spa but didn't get any reply on the phone despite leaving my information multiple times to the front desk and directly visiting the spa.
