Kind boss, simple clear place but noisy and nothing to do here as a tourist

Very kind boss! Helped us to reach other place, made a surprise for me. I recommended them to put some sun umbrellas to the beach. The beach sand is great, but very hot, you can not lay on that, use chair etc.

− About hotel: Very very noisy - near the main road + cocks. 20 hours from 24 you can hear motorcycles or crowing. I suggested them to put the cocks somewhere else, not near the rooms. Other: the transfer fees are = New York transfer price. Really! If you calculate kilometers I think everywhere you must calculate Manhattan prices, even ther is no traffic jam or bridge fees... If you wanna see whaleshark DO NOT GO TO DONSOL. you have to boat usually 10 times to see once - I calculated this possibilities unter 10%... Maybe it is the most natural way to see but very-very rare!!! If you travel thousands kilometers you must choose Cebu. The tourist office do not tell you this, the description is colored a bit... About Mayon volcano the people do not care about it. But I recommend to everyone try to find hotel close to the volcano, in the evening you can see red lava! Daytime nothing, just dust. Usually every 3 year it makes erruptions, it is worth to check on internet!!! They do not care about showing it to you!

− Chien de garde très impressionnant. Pas de wifi fonctionnel TV qui ne fonctionnait pas Hotel dans des bidonvilles

That is was near the whaleshark bookingcenter and close to the sea. And the food was pretty good.

− The staff was not very friendly, it took ages to get your food, they didn't explained anything about the room and I even didn't check in. When I arrived they didn't expect me to come and had to find the booking but didn't let me know that is was fine. Very amateurish. Won't recommend this 'resort'

We had three encounters with a butanding! Also recommend the firefly tour.

Wonderful breakfast, perfect location next to the whale shark center, fabulous staff. Look, this is a property on a busy road, so headphones go a long way. The rooms are basic, but perfectly fine for a three-day stay. The menu is extensive and surprisingly interesting in terms of interpretation and creativity. (e.g. kinilaw included fresh orange juice, cucumber mango salad with a vinegar-honey dressing). The gals Dette and Jess were so lovely and attentive.

− Nothing I didn't like. But if you need good internet, you will have to go to the restaurant as it doesn't quite reach the rooms. I recommend some downloaded audiobooks. 😊

Great space, beachfront, conveniently right next to the whalesharks tourism centre If you’re a simple independent person and not with kids, this is ok to stay at.

− Poor Staff attitude and service especially the lady owner who was quite rude and not accommodating to requests. Also kitchen was slow, we waited 2 and half hours for our lunch and no apology from the owner, just needed to accept it
