The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. Too hot with no windows with a big faucet in the room. This is the area where the bad smell is coming from. We did not use it. We were charge for additional 3 persons for compliance with no extra cots or linens provided for us. The kitchen was very used and there was no microwave to heat food. The concierge people are not helpful. Very judgmental and rude. We were prohibited to wait in the lobby while we were on the process of checking in and waiting for final procefures to finish. We were told to go outside to sit in the patio chairs while we wait, though there are available seats inside because the lady staff told us " it was crowded". We received no assistance or help when we encountered a problem in checking in. There are a few staff who were kind enough to assist our 3 senior companions who i intended to give a comfortable stay in a goodlooking condo building. There was not even a welcome bottled water provided. Nor any free drink - a can of soda or 2. Overall it was a bad stay. The only nice thing was the pool that my elderly mom enjoyed. Our 1st time here it was a disappointment.ALETHA🇺
