10.0Stayed there for 4 nights. Husband, wife and 12 year old boy. The pool on top floor was the highlight. Rooms were nice and clean. Beach was on walking distance. Cenang beach, which is closely, is one of the nicest beach on the island. We had a wonderful time !

4.0We stayed in a villa with my family. First impression about the villa was amazing. After when we came in 2 rroms air condition wasnt working. Maintennce team came and fixed the problem. After that every day of our stay (7nights) we had maintenance proboem with the villa, shower door making squeaky very loud noise, door wont shut properly, one of the other shower water got blocked, bathroom door from inside couldnt be open, lift wasnt working properly, saw coakroaches in the bedroom. Rugs was very dirty with yellow stained. Also we had a big slug near our pool. Breakfast was poor and was Chaotic for few days. Couldn't enjoy our breakfast. Cant actually put all the problem we had. Was very stressful

10.0Super hôtel très chouette, de standing, décoré avec goût. Petit déjeuner super, beaucoup de choix et délicieux. Personnel très agréable, arrangeant, serviable. Rooftop magnifique avec piscine très agréable Avec beaucoup de choix pour s'asseoir, même si les transats ne sont pas disponibles, et une vue superbe sur de beaux couchers de soleil. Cocktails super bons. Un petit moins sur les petits détails, notamment sur le ménage en profondeur des chambres et des couloirs, qui ferait toute la différence. Merci aux equipes , merci pour ce séjour je recommande 👍
