10.0The deluxe suite was fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Great location, walkable to the historic areas.
− The drain in the shower was extremely slow. Our suite was not available for our first night stay, so we were given a smaller room and moved to the suite the next day. After discussion with the staff, we were happy with the compensation provided for this inconvenience.

10.0Exceptional hotel! We stayed in the suite/apartment and it was wonderful. Everything you could need including AC, washing machine, kitchenette and loads of space. Check in and out was seamless and would recommend the breakfast (full hot breakfast with loads of options). Location was amazing right in the city and next to loads of restaurants and shopping.

− Unser Zimmer lag im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Die Außengeräte der dortigen Klimaanlagen waren so laut, dass wir die Fenster nicht öffnen konnten. Bei hohen Außentemperaturen leider ein großer Minuspunkt.
