− Taxi booked for 8.55am with them, tried to serve breakfast at 8.50am, there is no morning service available, They over charge for everything, taxi booked via hotel was 3x more then should be, with even taxi driver asking how much the hotel said price was, food and drink is 2 - 3 x more then should be. Stayed last year and everything cost a little more which you dont mind for location but this time the prices are ridiculous, far too many nice hotels near Fez to stay here again and warrant these prices, Same problem last year with lack of service but to try and serve breakfast 5mins before we are leaving is ridiculous, at least make coffee available for self service
