2.0Checkin delayed over an hour mistaken by reception but he did not recognize it, excuses other reasons which does not makesense.
Very good city hotel
10.0I stayed at the City Hotel by Waves just for one night as a stopover. The clean room, high-quality bed, heating during my January stay, and the very kind staff made it a perfect experience. Breakfast was good! I also appreciated the complimentary snacks, fruits, and water in the room, as well as the convenient parking opportunity in front of the hotel. Thank you!

10.0Lovely stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Great location with all amenities nearby. Super friendly and professional staff, especially Oumaima at reception. Great traditional Moroccan breakfast. You do pay around £40 upfront in case you use the minibar, which is refunded when you check out.
