− Globalement une mauvaise expérience. Nous avons reçu une série de messages WhatsApp la veille ou le jour même pour expliquer beaucoup trop de choses (comment récupérer les clés, comment se servir des équipements, etc.), c'était beaucoup trop d'informations d'un coup et la plupart inutiles. Ils demandent un deposit qu'ils ne sont pas capables de rembourser en virement. L'appartement et les draps puaient la poussière. Un seul ascenseur fonctionnait pour +40 étages. Les parties communes étaient horribles. On avait rendez-vous pour l'état des lieux, nous avons attendu 1h et ils sont finalement venus parce que nous les avons relancés. Bref, je ne recommande pas, ça ne vaut pas le prix.
Good flat, clean and good amenities. Downside is the run down building & some lifts not working.
8.0The flat itself is good; its clean and has all the necessary amenities. Communication with the rental company is good also. There is aircon which works fine and the bed is comfortable albeit with the pillows being a bit too big / hard.
− The building itself is very run down. Only 2 of the many lifts were working. The plastering is peeling off in the communal areas. Whilst the pool is available, the gym is for residents only, not rentals. Also you need to sign in with a security guard upon arrival with limited English. Finally its quite a trek out of the town centre; i probably should have realised this before but i expected more life in this side of town as there are some big name hotels, but alas not.
