Spacious and comfortable apartment, but let down by missing amenities and rigid timing.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and it was a great touch that the hosts provided complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and plenty of toilet paper.

− The bedrooms completely lack tables and chairs, forcing everyone to do their makeup and skincare out in the living room, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the master bedroom bed is only a queen size, which felt too small and uncomfortable for my parents. Moreover, one of the rooms uses an uncomfortable foldable bed instead of a proper double bed. There were several listing inaccuracies as well: there was no washing machine despite it being advertised, no free drinking water, and the TV only had the Netflix app without a provided subscription. Finally, the 11 AM checkout feels unfair given the strict 3 PM check-in, especially since we were made to wait outside after an exhaustive 8-hour drive. To ensure a better experience for future guests, please address the following issues: 1) Add furniture: Place small vanity tables and chairs inside the bedrooms for personal grooming. 2) Upgrade the bed: Replace the master bedroom mattress with a true King-size bed. 3) Correct the listing: Remove the washing machine and Netflix subscription mentions if they are not provided. 4) Offer basic amenities: Provide complimentary bottled drinking water for arriving guests. 5) Review time policies: Implement more flexible check-in windows, especially for long-distance travelers. 6) Fix the maintenance issues: Repair the flickering or blinking light bulbs in the bedroom.

Duży apartament z pięknym widokiem na Melakę. Łatwy check-in w recepcji, oraz miejsce parkingowe. Wszystko funkcjonowało bez zarzutów. Lokalizacja niedaleko centrum turystycznego (5 min samochodem)

Customer service responses was immidiate.

− 1. The converted studio room in the duplex unit is not soundproof. I can hear every little word converse by the studio room occupants. Its very annoying and uncomfortable. 2. The swimming pool water is very murky. Looks like no maintenance was done for many2 months..perharps years. 3.Incorrect customer service phone number was provided in Booking.com.
