Un apartament correcte amb potencial de millora
7.0La ubicació a prop de les muntanyes, la possibilitat d'aparcament a la pròpia finca. El preu incloia accés a telecabines i instal·lacions similars de la zona Kaprun-Zell am See.
− La construcció d'un nou edifici tapava la vista a les muntanyes. No hi havia cortines al lavabo i els treballadors de l'obra ens veien mentre ens dutxàvem (apartament TOP4). Llit massa petit. Llums de les tauletes de nit tipus USB, sense carregador, força deficients. Les persianes al dormitori i menjador no van ser gens pràctiques.

8.0Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Gemütliches Bett. Viel Stauraum. Fernseher im Wohn- & Schlafzimmer. Design der Wohnung.
− Küchenmesser unscharf (Buttermesser war schärfer als die eigentlichen Messer :D). Unangekündigter Baustellenlärm ab ca. 7 Uhr morgens während Werktagen.

− abbiamo avuto il doppio appartamento (penthouse composto da 2 appartamenti): la zona di entrata - dove mettere le giacche? le scarpe? le borse? nella parte sotto tetto - neanche un piccolo armadietto? non c'e termosifone nel bagno? la porta della doccia non si apre? la cucina scomoda (lavastoviglie tanto lontana dal lavandino)
STAY AWAY from this place
1.0I am beyond furious with our stay at this property. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children on a ski holiday, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It is unacceptable to charge full price for an apartment with zero accessibility and no basic security for sports equipment.
− First of all, the elevator was broken. We were placed on the 4th floor, which meant that every single day, we had to force exhausted children in heavy ski boots to climb four flights of stairs. It was physically draining and completely ruined the mood. Carrying all our heavy luggage up manually was the "cherry on top" of this disaster. Secondly, the ski storage situation is a joke. While there are lockers in the garage, no keys were provided. We were forced to leave all our ski equipment in a communal area, completely unsecured and accessible to anyone. We spent the entire week praying that our gear wouldn't get stolen. Different people promised us to solve the situation immediately, nothing happened anyway. No discount was offered.

− wir waren 3 Personen das war Ok -- für 4 wäre es ein bisschen eng- es gab nur 5 Kleiderhaken was für einen Schiurlaub mit nassen Schigewand etwas wenig ist-
