Convenient location to stay in Kuching!
8.0The location of the property is great. Close to the river front. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
− The toilet floor was slippery and had stains. The coffee mugs were also not cleaned properly. Clearly did not live up to the 'Sheraton' standard.

− The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the floor trap. The hotel may want to inspect or replace it with a proper anti-odour floor trap, as it affected the overall stay.
