4.0The ferry company cancelled the operation on 24 and 25 Dec, as well as 31st Dec and 1st Jan. This forced us to stay three days shorter than the original booking. Although I know our booking was a non-refundable one, the cancellation of the ferry operation was not our fault. The hotel didn’t return money even though we asked about it very politely and humbly. Instead, the hotel gave us an upgrade for the room, which was nice, until it turned out that the room was in the new, incomplete building (large sections of the building are still under construction - no facade, no windows, etc.). The room we got didn’t have enough space to put clothes, underwater cameras, and other gear, and it did not enough hangers to hang our clothes (note that people come to this place for scuba diving with the nearby dive shop). There is not a single drawer or a cabinet in the room. TV was not connected properly and did not operate at all until our final night. The shower only had cold water (first two nights). We took a cold shower the first night. The management let us use the shower in the room across from ours, but that one had warm water only on the second night and then stopped working as well. Overall, the owner(?) (the lady who seemed to be in charge) was nice and smily, but we would think twice about stay this place again. Hopefully after the construction of the new building ends, things will get better than what we experienced.

Great views, but it needs more than that
5.0The views are incredible. You are practically on the water. The room was large with (3) beds. Not too far from town. For the money and location it was a decent resort.
− I realize its a resort on the beach, but if you dropped one speck of food, tiny ants would swarm, oh and they bite. The largest spider I have EVER seen looked to be living in our bathroom door, yes IN it, I mentioned it to staff but nothing was done. I stuffed toilet paper into the opening trapping the giant spider in the door. The hot water heater in our room didn't always work, the water pressure was dismal, and the water had a bad odor. Room wasn't offered to be cleaned daily. I'm from the U.S, getting toilet paper was a rarity.
I had no running water in my sink to wash my face and the water stinks so bad
1.0It was right on the water. That’s the only thing I liked about the property.
− There was no running water, bathroom toilet was broken paint coming off the ceiling bed squeaks like hell , the room smells horrible, no towels every day no water every day. Location is really far.
Nice resort with some highlights
8.0I stayed there because there was no vacancy in the neighbouring 3 P & Ducks Diving resort. It was a good alternative with a short walk to the dive resort. The resort has it charms with nice seating arrangements close to the say which allow to take a meal and or a drink. The personell was very friendly and any requests were attended to in a very short time.
Not a good decision
1.0This 'hotel' is a complete construction site, countless stairs lead to the rooms. The rooms are new, but not finished, it is not possible to darken the room, everyone who walks by looks in because there are no curtains on this side, the room has 3 different double beds, 2 old armchairs and a small round table . This turns the large room into a furniture warehouse. In the bathroom there is no mirror, no hygiene products, no bars to hang a towel, the cement glue is still hanging on the tiles, as well as on the floor, ditto the windows. The aircon is no match for the room, far too small and installed in completely the wrong place. The advertised Wi-Fi does not exist, there is only Wi-Fi directly in the restaurant. In front of the room everything is blocked with a monster lounger, but who wants to sit outside and look at the pool construction site? In the evening, the restaurant guests sit in the garden and their children sweep through the area, like in kindergarten. We didn't really see any staff, there was no check-in or check-out. To forget...
− Honestly nothing
