8.0Not walkable in that area. Nice hotel but bathroom floor leaked in rain. Chinese restaurant adjacent had incomplete menu for single diner. Limited beer selection, no bar. Room sparce but generally clean but not well repaired. Wifi did not work as per directions. Nice staff, very helpful.
